Delivery Cut-Offs
- Orders before 2pm (Mon–Thu): dispatched same day, delivered next working day
- Orders after 2pm Fri: dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday

Large / Heavy Items
10,000m pipe coils, full pallets of insulation, and manifold packs may require pallet delivery (1–2 hour time slot, kerbside). Free on all orders over £1,000.
Returns Policy

- Photo evidence required (packaging + item damage)
- Immediate replacement or full refund
- Carrier responsible for transit damage — we handle the claim
